| Submit an Abstract or Session Proposal by 12/01/11 Will you be one of the proud presenters who get to wear a WEFTEC Speaker ribbon? Submission Deadline for Session Proposals and Abstracts: TODAY by 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Hurry and Submit Your Abstract for WEFTEC 2012! You only have until 12 midnight today, December 1 to submit an abstract. Remember this is a new abstract submittal system, so we encourage you to submit sooner as you may need some extra time. We have a few helpful hints for you to successfully submit your abstract: • A new username and password must be created in the Oasis abstract submission. • Save your Word document as a .doc file (.docx format is not compatible with Oasis). • Graphics must be uploaded separately. Review this document for specific instructions for uploading -- www.weftec.org/assetmanagement/DownloadAsset.aspx • Headers and footers are not allowed in the Oasis system. • As a general guideline, abstracts should be about 3 typed pages of text plus images, graphs, etc. But it won’t appear that way in Oasis. Since this is a brand-new system, you will have access to Oasis help desk support until 12 midnight.
